Growing up in his dad’s paint stores, Kevin Gemeroy knew that technology was often a challenge for small businesses. Founded in 2000, Dynamic Computing reflects Kevin’s desire to help great organizations harness the power of IT to transform their company.
Over the past two decades, IT has changed, and we’ve evolved with it, embracing technology and automation in everything we do. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to doing it right. That means getting to know you and your business on a deep level to deliver elevated IT tailored to your needs with a highly personal experience.
As the pandemic and restrictions eased, we made the decision to downsize our offices and relocate to Downtown Seattle’s Waterfront. While we might not be in the office five days a week anymore, our new office provides the team with a home base and easy access for a variety of transportation methods. We enjoy the open space and fresh air (our windows actually open!) that our new location on the waterfront provides.
To build the premier managed IT services company in the Pacific Northwest through constant improvement, consistent growth, and never settling for less than greatness.
We believe that technology has the power to elevate organizations and individuals and drive their collective success. Our goal is to help great organizations make technology work and turn their potential into a reality.
We encourage creative solutions and out-of-the-box thinking. We’re always looking for ways to improve ourselves, our company, and our offerings.
We set the bar for what it means to deliver on our promises. We focus on what’s best for the client, company, and individual – and we deliver before we’re asked.
We value quality over quantity. Our clients have bigger and cheaper options, but our goal is to ensure they never have a better one.
We’re committed to moving ourselves as individuals and the company forward simultaneously. We’ll stay focused on the end goal while figuring out how to make things better for today and tomorrow.
We treat clients, vendors, and team members fairly and respectfully, and expect that they do the same in return. This includes work environment, pay, responsibilities, and performance.
Not every company is the right fit for our approach. To meet your unique business goals and deliver a personalized experience, we maintain a limited client base of top-performing companies that have:

Kevin is a fourth generation Seattle entrepreneur and small business owner who founded our company in the year 2000 while attending the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
Over the past 20+ years, he’s built Dynamic Computing from the ground up into the thriving small business it is today. Kevin holds degrees in both Business Administration and Political Science from the University of Washington in Seattle. He was recognized as Washington State’s Mr. Future Business Leader in 1998 and as a Puget Sound Business Journal 40 under 40 honoree in 2018.
When he’s not working, Kevin is an avid golfer, perennial Little League coach, budding education and policy advocate, husband to a wonderful wife, and father of two twice-exceptional boys.
Russ knows Dynamic Computing inside and out, and he’s helped build the company from a handful of clients with simple networks to a thriving, complex managed IT service. He sets the vision for our technical staff and provides the highest level of support for complex installations and any challenging issues that arise. He also relentlessly evaluates new technologies and security best practices and determines how and when to implement improvements for our clients.
Russ holds a degree in Business Administration with an Information Systems concentration from the University of Washington. Outside the office, you’re most likely to encounter him skiing, playing sports, or spending time with his family.
Isaac, our resident nerf dart master, joined our team in 2015 as a technician but was promoted a number of times to get to where he is now! Before DC, he completed two deployments as an active-duty paratrooper with the US Army and went on to study Network Technology at ITT Technical Institute. He gained experience as a help desk technician at a local nonprofit and is no stranger to troubleshooting all manner of computer, server, network, and printer issues, though his career took a turn when he decided to help steer the ship from an operational perspective.
When not at work or helping his friends and family with their own tech, Isaac spends his weekends getting target practice at the shooting range, camping, fishing, PC gaming, or savoring time with his wife and daughters.
A relentless problem solver, Chris integrates new products and technologies into our clients’ businesses, and he coordinates their major moves, expansions, and upgrades. He earned his Computer Security and Network Technology degree from Lake Washington Technical College, and his current role at DC evolved out of his customer service work with an international video game company. There, he earned a reputation as the go-to guy for networking issues that stumped his fellow technicians. We don’t mind expanding his knowledge and throwing him our own tough problems!
Outside the office, you’ll likely find Chris buried in a book, tinkering with a computer, playing video games, or cheering the Seahawks to victory.

We call Jason our “Office Connoisseur,” and for good reason. As such, he digs into our more complex tickets and ensures that each client receives a complete solution to their technology issue. Before joining our team, Jason tackled on-site hardware and software support at Boeing.
Although a Texan by birth, Jason is a Pacific Northwesterner at heart. He spends his personal time delving into the Seattle music and festival scenes and brewing his own delicious beer.
A transplant from Kansas City, Missouri, Josh is an avid outdoorsman, cyclist, and hiker. Naturally (pun intended), the Pacific Northwest was the perfect new home for him, his girlfriend, Monika, and their two sweet pups, Riley and Margot.
He complements the DC team with his experience in Mac products and systems engineering across multiple industries. His proactive reporting helps us make sure our clients’ systems are always running smoothly!

Keri comes to us with over 20 years of experience playing the accounting game. A graduate from the University of Washington, she provided financial management and guidance for a growing family business with locations all around the Puget Sound area.
Born and raised in Seattle, Keri and her family of four have recently settled in the Browns Point community. While not at work, Keri would prefer to be anywhere outside, if possible near the water or in the mountains. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, Pilates, and spending time with her teenage daughters.
Todd comes to us with years of experience in operations type roles. He has worked in both technical support and account management as well as running operations for an A/V company. He will be the first voice you hear when calling our main line.
Besides assisting customers, coordinating on-sites, and providing excellent service, Todd is active in the Northwest music scene and has toured the U.S. and Europe playing music in his band. You might find him at a local show, a record store, a tattoo shop, or doing happy hour somewhere!
Ken is a Seattle native and has a background in sales (customer acquisition and support roles), marketing, banking, and event coordinating. He joins Dynamic Computing as the Procurement and Logistics Coordinator, assisting with daily business operations and processes. His goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers and to serve the DC team in the best way possible.
In his spare time, Ken enjoys music (singing, playing the piano, attending concerts), watching movies at the theater, photography, traveling, and foreign languages. He has always been fascinated with technology and keeping up to date on the latest tech gadgets and innovations.
John’s role is crucial to providing strategic solutions for our clients. He oversees client onboarding, implementation of new systems, and office expansions and moves. He earned his BA in Communication from the University of Southern Maine, and we’re hoping he doesn’t miss east coast winters.
Outside the office, John embraces outdoor living, and many of his photos decorate our office and website! He hikes, bikes, and kayaks, and winds down the weekend by perfecting his new homebrew beer recipe.
Ben brought the sunshine with him when he and his girlfriend Alex moved from California two years ago. (They also brought their two cats, Odin & Bastet, and Ben’s medieval weapons collection.)
With an eclectic background in just about everything, we’re excited this Jack-of-all-trades steered into his love of computers and plunged headfirst into IT. Ben’s determination, diverse skill set, and experience in customer service makes him a perfect fit for our team. As a Project Technician, you’ll likely see him replacing machines and troubleshooting complex issues that require an onsite to handle.
Wesley is a problem solver at heart, with a diverse background in hardware repair, customer service, and project management. Graduating from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in 2022 for Computer Networking, he decided to make a change and go from living on a farm in rural Pennsylvania to the city of Seattle.
In his spare time he enjoys playing and making video games, listening to and producing music, and setting new PR's in the gym. Although a die-hard techie, Wes gets out and enjoys nature whenever he can, either by the slopes on the mountains or a simple hike through the park.

Originally hailing from Michigan, Matt and his family haven’t shied away from living in new cities, which lead them across the US. Fortunately for us, they’re calling Seattle their forever home, and we’re thrilled to have Matt and his years of experience on the team.
Matt’s off-work activities include reading, blacksmithing, and gaming, as well as enjoying all the amazing outdoor splendor the PNW has to offer.
Robbie was born and raised in Texas, but the mountains were calling his name. He made a leap of faith and moved far away from home to enjoy everything the PNW has to offer (even the gloomy weather)!
A 2012 graduate of the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, he received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. His IT career started in 2013 in the healthcare industry, where he honed his skills and gained excellent experience in complex environments. No stranger to IT but new to the MSP world, we are excited to have him on board! When not at work he enjoys hiking, photography, traveling, reality TV, and going to concerts – and he’s always on the hunt for the best pizza and Mexican food.

In her spare time she likes to hike, camp, kayak, collect coffee mugs, and hang out with her family. One of many items on her bucket list is to travel, and eventually to visit Venice, Italy.

Caleb came to us from a previous IT service provider in Indiana so he is no stranger to our line of work. Caleb enjoys caring for a large Rottweiler-Lab mix and there to help him keep that dog entertained and out of trouble are his wife and daughter.
When not doing IT, you can find Caleb reading, playing bass or banging away at the drums. Some of his other hobbies include 3D printing, DIY electronics, audiophilia, and classic cars.
